Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Calmesta purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, with the hygiene seal intact. For hygiene reasons, mouthpieces that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
• If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, regardless of whether the seal has been opened.

How to request a return

Contact us at calmesta.tienda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
